Refund and Returns Policy

We do not accept returns of used items. Due to the nature of the products we sell, we are unable to accept returns of used or consumable items.

BUT, we will do everything else to make your order right and make you happy.

If a product arrives damaged or a manufacturing defect is identified, please send an email to contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Our team will be able to provide a replacement or help you redeem a manufacturing warranty in the case of defective electronics. Photo or video evidence of breakage or defect may be required.
