Dank Protection shipping protection extends coverage for online purchases that are lost or damaged in transit, or stolen immediately after the carrier’s proof of delivery.

  • If your order is delayed more than 10 days, we’ll send a replacement, give you a refund, or store credit (one of the above).
  • If your order is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, we’ll send a replacement, give you a refund, or store credit.
  • Resolution in under 24 hours in most cases, excluding weekends.
